Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes our products are eco-friendly yet are still intense enough to offer exceptional results. Our experience has allowed us the opportunity of finding the best products for each stone type.
How can I protect my floors once cleaned?
Part of our restoration process is sealing the stone tiles. This means that they are resistant against water spillages and wear. Stone sealers are incredible products; it is important to remember that they will need to be re-applied.
Do you complete test areas?
Yes we are able to clean a test area of your stone flooring. A minimum size applies and we will always select an area that will adequately show the achievable results. In this area the tiles and grout will be cleaned, offering a reflection of how the entire floor will look.
Do you charge for the quotation process?
No we provide this service free of charge. During the quotation process we will complete a detailed survey. Once completed we will send a written quotation outlining all of the work necessary. The price provided will cover the entire job and we will be happy to offer ongoing support.
